Our system is simplified as much as possible. It is an inline process which can be used separately or incorporated in a multipurpose production line.

Apart form die cutting and positioning the triangles the way of curling  is very often specific for different types of croissants. Also the shapes of the final products can be specific for various producers. We  gathered in the cause of so many years the know-how of each specific requirement.  Finally we can take care of positioning the croissants automatically on trays or on the oven band.
