Cup Cake Lines

Fully automatic production line, tailor-made for the production of cake/muffin with or without paper cup, for a medium-high production capacity. This line is able to produce different types of products, optimizing spaces, baking and cooling times. It’s composed by :

• Paper Cups Denester, Batter Depositor, Filling Unit and Depanner, completely driven by Servomotors, for a wide range of products and high accuracy of working.
• Possibility of different types of cooling, including an innovative and compact system not in pan, to significantly reduce the cooling time and the number of pans in the system.
• Handling pans’ system made with materials suitable to reduce noise, wear and tear of the same and ensure accuracy and positioning during the transport.
• Possibility of using of punched pans to reduce baking time and then increase the production capacity.
• PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipes storing.
• The automatic line is made according to the production capacity and products type required by the customer
