Plastik Kasa Dolum Sistemleri | CL86

CL86, paketleri, konteyner ya da sandık paletlere otomatik olarak yükler. Paketler bir besleyici konveyor üzerinde taşınır. Opsiyonlu olarak besleyici konveyör üzerindeki paketler döndürülebilir. Bir sıra ürün meydana gelene kadar paketler toplanır. Paketler, konteyner içerisine en verimli şekilde ürün yerleştirilmesini sağlayacak şekilde üst üste de istiflenebilir. Sonrasında, tam bir sıra oluşturan paketler kasetlere iletilir. Kapalı taşıma sistemlerine sahip kasetler konteynerin içine doğru aşağı iner. Paketlerin geçici pozisyonlarına inmesiyle taşıyıcı bölmeler yana doğru açılarak ürünün pakete yatay olarak yerleşmesini sağlar. Bir tespit ünitesi sayesinde paketlerin kutulara yerleştirilirken herhangi bir hasar görmemesini sağlanır. Birden fazla dizi ürün aynı kutunun içerisine yerleştirilebilir. Yükleme esnasında, ürünleri konteyner içerisinde yaymak amacıyla titreşim uygulanır.

Functional description:

The bags are supplied by a feed conveyor and can be turned on the feed conveyor if required (option), the bags are accumulated until a complete row has been formed. Overlapping is possible during this process in order to achieve optimum product distribution in the container. The whole row is then transported to the cassette. The cassette moves downwards into the container with the segments closed. Once in the discharge position, the segments are pulled away to the side creating an opening and depositing the bag formation. A detection system guarantees that no product damage can occur when placing the bags in the container. Multiple layers can be loaded into the container in this way, the container is vibrated during loading in order to achieve optimum filling.
