Plastic Container Loaders

CL86 loads automatically bags into containers and pallet boxes. The bags are forwarded on an in-feed conveyor. On the in-feed conveyor the bags can be turned  (option).  The  bags  are  collected,  until  a  complete  row  is  formed.  The bags can also overlap which result in an optimum product dividing grade in the container. Then the complete row is forwarded to the cassette. The cassette with closed belt sections moves down into the container. On arrival at the deposit position, the belt sections are withdrawn sideways creating an opening for the bag formation to be laid down. A detection unit ensures that no harm is done to the products when placing the bags into the container. Multiple row can also be placed in the container. During the loading the container vibrates, to spread out the products in the container.

Functional description:

The bags are supplied by a feed conveyor and can be turned on the feed conveyor if required (option), the bags are accumulated until a complete row has been formed. Overlapping is possible during this process in order to achieve optimum product distribution in the container. The whole row is then transported to the cassette. The cassette moves downwards into the container with the segments closed. Once in the discharge position, the segments are pulled away to the side creating an opening and depositing the bag formation. A detection system guarantees that no product damage can occur when placing the bags in the container. Multiple layers can be loaded into the container in this way, the container is vibrated during loading in order to achieve optimum filling.
