SIRE-N series enrobers offer the latest in full and partial chocolate coating lines. Available in seven mesh widths (400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500 mm), they offer a nearly unlimited range of enrobing possibilities, with regard to both the center or product to be enrobed and the types of enrobing to be applied. The machinery can handle chocolate and compounds alike.

SIRE-N enrobers can fully or partially enrobe any kind of product, from confectionery products, biscuits, wafers or bakery products. Likewise, products can be customized simply by adding optional components also manufactured by Lloveras. These components include pre-bottomers, double enrobing heads, nut sprinklers and string decorators. The line’s cooling tunnels can be set to cool products by convection and/or radiation, as required by the product in question, and one or more independent cooling units may also be added.
All functions are regulated by means of a comprehensive control panel. Likewise, new motorized components have been incorporated into all mechanisms requiring motion or control, with an eye toward achieving standard unification and ensuring ease of replacement. The use of motion technologies such as electric, linear and rotating actuators eliminates the need to supply compressed air.
