Layer Cake Lines

A round layer cake is a cake made of overlapped sheets of sponge cake, held together by different kind of filling like fruit jam, whipped cream or cream. Layer cakes can be covered with icing and granulated products. To finish the cake is possible to deposit some rosettes on the top. The most popular round layer cake are Black Forest cake, carrot cake, red velvet cake, German chocolate cake and the wedding cakes.

Fully automatic or semi-automatic production plant for pies and tarts, versatile, realized for medium-high production capacity and grant an high level of precision in the dosage and decoration. Pies and tarts line composed by:

  • automatic extruder of short pastry
  • press unit equipped with heated moulds and countermould for a better control during pressing phase
  • sensor for moulds recognition according to the selected recipe
  • trolley for extraction and rapid change of pressing heads
  • dosing unit driven by Servomotors for an high dosing weight precision and for an homogenous distribution of filling on short pastry base
  • rotary machine suitable to deposit with high precision a lattice top on the tart surface
  • possibility to use the filling dosing unit for cake production, integrating the line with a paper cups denester or a oil greasing unit according to the desired product type.

Features
