This is a simple and extremely reliable distribution system, designed to distribute products in rows at high speed, for example chocolate bars, snacks or wafers. The rows of products, upstream of this distribution station, are usually aligned and, at the same time, spaced by rows aligner positioned between two belts running at increasing speed.
One infeed belt with a swivelling end section, driven by an AC motor, incorporating the connecting rod-handle movement. This is driven by a servo-motor. This belt transfers the rows of products either towards the transfer transversal belt or towards the connecting belt of the following station.
A transversal belt, driven by an AC motor, which receives the product rows and transfers them to the packaging machine infeed belts.
The station that feeds the last packaging machine of the line can retrieve any rows of products lost, which are temporarily stored on the outfeed belt.
The cantilever construction allows the belts to be interchanged without the need for special tools, whilst the scrapers are easily accessible and fitted with crumb collecting trays. Pneumatic tension devices and automatic centring systems guarantee the long life and silent running of the conveyor belts. up to 100 rows/min up to 1200 mm process belt width
